Hi Ellbrown: Sadly the old bronze bull logo signs not sure if there were two were haphazardly destroyed and there was an article in one of the newspapers about a workman who saw at least one of the signs being broken in half and put into a disposal bin.

Click to expand The disappearance of the bulls on the exterior walls of the s Bull Ring doesn't seem to have ever been fully explained. And there were at least two, maybe even three of them. Pity really because not only did I like the style but they were also a distinctive feature of the 60s Bull Ring. It is not obvious from the street, though you can see the top of its head if you look up.

Maybe everyone else knows about it, but I didn't. Below is a view from the tearoom. I've seen it from the Costa inside of Next at the Bullring. This view was from Feb Stokkie master brummie. An image which shows the two icons of Birmingham the Rotunda and the Bull from the Bull Ring, as usual I am not aware of the year although the base of the Rotunda does not have any advertisement around it.
